MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected].I HAVE RECHARGED ON 22/05/2012 OF RS75. MY SMS PACK WAS GOING TO RENEW AUTOMATICALLY. I WAITED FOR 8 HRS. THE SMS PACK WAS NOT RENEWED, SO I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE. A LADY INSPECTED THE CALL N SHE TOLD ME TO SEND A SMS TO A NUMBER---,I ASKED HER ONCE THAT THE PACK WAS GOING TO AUTO RENEW BUT SHE TOLD THAT U HAVE TO ACTIVATE IT AGAIN. SO I SENDED THE SMS TO THE NUMBER SHE GAVE AND THE PACK GOT ACTIVATED AND I WAS CHARGED WITH RS39 BUT THE VERY NEXT DAY I WAS CHARGED AGAIN WITH RS39. SO I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN AND A MAN INSPECTED THE CALL AND HE GAVE ME THE SOLUTION TO GET THE MONEY REFUNDED. I WAS REFUNDED WITH RS39, BUT MY SMS PACK GOT CANCELLED.SO I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR THIS PROBLEM BUT THEY R NOT RESPONDING ME AND GIVING ME SILLY EXCUSES.
