sir/madami m gauri shankar singh my mobile no.[protected]. maine kuch din pahle ek reliance gsm 30RS ka coupan kharida or recharge krne ki kosis kiya bt nahi ho paya fir customer care me calll kiya to unhone kaha es serial no. ka coupan kisi or me recharge ho chuka hai.or mere pass bhi usi serial no. ka coupan hai to 2 coupan ek serial no. ka market me published hua hai.fir apne aap bar bar blans kat ja raha ye probleam bar bar mujhe ho rhi haikitni bar customer care me complan kiya bt koi solution nhi.

Dear All,I am very upset that every time when ever. I recharge up to Rs.50 or above. I don't know how but some time unusably dictated some blance form my account to your side. I call hundreds of time in customer care. But call was not completed and my phone call is cut automatically. I face many problems form your side.
