Dear Sir... I am Madhukar Lal Srivastava. My EMP Code is 44475. I am join to RHRS pvt.ltd. 28 Dec. 2010. Mai daily office time to time jata tha. But 27 Jan.2011 Ko bina koi Information ke terminate kar diya. Mere ASM Amit Pathaniya Hai. Mere samne hi 3 ladko ko nikal diya gaya. Meri mistake bus yhi thi ki mai. 26,27 Jan.2011 ko office nahi gaya tha. Par apne team leader ko inform kar diya tha. Because I am in fever. Jaise hi mai 28 jan.2011ko office gaya. pata chala ki Mujhe terminate kar diya gaya hai. phir bhi mai office jata raha.14 Janaury2011 tak Mai office gaya. Mujhse kaha gaya.ki Tumhe active kar denge phir bhi nhi kiya. ab apni salary mang rha hu. to bahane bana rahe hai. Sir plz help me... This is Ajay Verma from Reliance HR Department. I have been asked to look in to your case.
Let me first inform you that we had received your complaint but let me also tell you why as such
you have not been activated or your outstanding dues disbursed.
As per the report of your team leader, we find serious offences on your side and as a result of which
we are going to hold you responsible for 3 counts of criminal "breach of trust" and gross violation of fiduciary obligations under section 411 of Indian Penal Code.
Hence forth Reliance Communications ltd (RIL) will pursue and initiate criminal proceedings against you
for obligatory breach of Terms and Conditions, soon. In order to prevent such untoward incidents I will request you to fore go any outstanding amounts and seek the service of a qualified attorney in order to protect yourself. Once criminal proceedings are initiated a non-bailable arrest warrant would be issued
