Dear sir/Madam this for your information that each month my a/c deduct money that ur caller tune charge. but not activated. why dedct my money?

Rim prepaid CDMA — Cricket pack Alert
mera no. [protected] hai company ne 31 march ko cricket pack alart kar diya tha or mere balance se 5 Rs. per day liye jane lage . jiske sambandh me custumor care se deactive karne ke liye request ki . 48 hour ka time diya gaya (Rim Prepaid reqquest no[protected], 3 april 2010) but aaj tak cricket pack deactivate nahi kiya gaya or per day 5 Rs liye ja rahe hai .From

main Brajesh Kumar, mera mobile no-[protected] hai. 2nd Nov-2011 ko mera prepaid balance Rs.75.96 tha. Aaj 4th nov-2011 ko main apna balance check kiya to pata chala ki Rs.-13 hai. Customer care ko phone kiya to pata laga ki cricket mania pack activate hai mere number par. Jabki maine koi pack ke liye request nahi kiya hai.
Sir, Aaj jab maine customer care executive Mr. shiv, Mr. pradeep and Mr. Satvinder singh se baat kiya to bataya gaya ki galati se reliance ki wajah se cricket pack activate ho gaya hai jo thori er mein Rs.- 49/- wapas ho jayenge. Lekin abhi tak paise wapas nahin huye hain.
Sir please is mere case ko priority base par invstigate kar mere Rs.-49/- wapas kare.

I had not subscribed for the service and the company has deducted money Rs. 49/- from my prepaid account ([protected]) balance without my knowledge on 21.112001 .
I discussed with Mr. Deepanja, CCE, he asked, now is saying that the amount once deducted can not be refunded.
I do not know what to do now and how a company can deduct money from my prepaid account without I subscibing for any service.
Therefore kind looked into the matter and return my deducted amount till 22.11.09, otherwise I will go legal action.
