Reliance Infocom — Money deduction without knowledge

My name is Praveen,my mobile no is [protected] and I am a reliance infocom customer since 3.5years.On 28/2/2013 I had a balance of Rs 243 and on 1/3/2013 it says u do not have sufficient amount to do this call. On the same day I contacted customer care center in Mangalore where they gave me a reply saying system down you need to call the customer care executive.
After that it was like hell I spoke to around 7 to 8 people since then everybody says application down even after calling for more than 30 hrs.then on Saturday 2nd march one customer care executive lodged my complaint and gave me the complaint number.He also said that it will take 3 days to solve the problem.Today 4th march 2013 at 10 I am getting the message saying you complaint is processed but my money is not refunded.I called the customer care at 2.15 pm they are saying that the problem was from their side,But it will take another 24 hours to get the refund.
Now my question is who is compensating inconvenience caused to me since three days without my outgoing.Still my money is not refunded.So please help me in getting law to me

Reliance Infocom — deduction of money

i have taken reliance mobile, and both are registered as donot disturb call, they disturb by calling me for caller tune, and once time on both mobile it activate, but after requesting, they cancel it, but again it will be activate after two month without any request, they deduct by my money for devotional pack, iwant to cancel it, i donot want any value added service or caller tune, but now they are not doing deactivate after request, plz tell what i do

Today 20/3/2013 I am having same problem with reliance they have again deducted the Rs183/- and now i do not have balance and again the same replies from the customer care people that their server is down and it will take 2 day to resolve your problem.complaint number is[protected].
If you tried contacting me and could not get me then give me your number i will contact you people..
I want my problem to be resolved ASAP.
