My Mobile number is 9322841239.I had applied for the change in service on 25th march 2011.i had paid all unbilled amount till the date of application.i was told that the change in service would take 1 week but 6 weeks have passed.despite repeated complaints and reminders my request is not processed.this is my 3rd complaint on consumer forum. I am very disappointed that there reliance people keep on giving execuses every time i call them.Today i received a call from them at 6.00 P.M. they were asking for payment of outstanding dues.I was shocked, i told them that i had cleared all the dues at the time of application and i am not in a fault as they are taking 6 weeks to change the services which is still not done. i have told them that i will not make further payment untill my service is successfully changed from CDMA to GSM. the question of paying the dues does not exist as in am still opting for reliance service.i am fedup with reliance and i have told them that i will not pay any money untill my application is processed.

KIndly look into the matter and do the needfull.
