As you can notice the due date for the bill is 19th October 09 and todays date is 12th October 2009. However the service to my phone has been disconnected (barred outgoing calls) by your company for some exposure limit rule. I am sorry to say there has not been any intimation from your company regarding withdrawal of service nor any intimation to pay additional amount.
Hence I am not going to make any payment on the forthcoming due date till my Telephone is reactivated and I receive a written apology from the Company.
