Dear Sir/ Madam,
We are sending this mail as a complain, for our Leased Line which Subscriber ID is :[protected], was got disconnection from 11.30 am to 2.45 pm on 26th March 2010.
While informed customer care regarding this, they have told our line is suspended and the reason withheld, they have suggested contacting with local Accounts manager for details.
Our account Manager stated that this automated disconnection happened while crossed our credit limit to Rs: 41000/- and that disconnection initiated from Mumbai Head office.
We are unaware about the fact. We are a new customer, got this connection just one month and our monthly rental is Rs: 10000, Even our bill due date is not over.
We have also notify to them that we have incurred a huge loss in our business for this sudden disconnection. We have asked to give us the clarification regarding this. We have created the mail to them on 26th March 10, till We have not got any reply mail from them.
