[Resolved]  Reliance Life Insurance — Poor customer care and online payment processing

Address:North 24 Parganas, West Bengal

Today I paid the premium towards my policy number 76633609 at Kolkata.But the same has not been reflected on their website and even I haven't got any confirmation mail or SMS from their side.More over when I tried to contact their customer care on[protected], the system was saying that my policy number is incorrect.

When all other insurance companies are confirming the receipts within hours through sms services or through other means, Why it is different in your case????

This is worst customer care in the world who will not respond to the customer if it is at fault. They will only kill your time. I have experience it more than a year.
