[Resolved]  Reliance Life Insurance Ltd — unwanted & abusing language telecalling

Sir,
Your delhi head office telecalling centre for life insurance products department executive telecaller on dated 18/04/12 call from your office no. [protected] timing around 14.30 p.m. to mobile no. [protected] regarding new launched life insurance products and saying that your mobile no. choose in lucky draw for reward and continues explain the life products without my listening interest and after briefing, asked for purchase life products and when I strongly deny then suddenly he start abusing & his misbehavior was untorable & close phone. Next day same executive telecaller on dated 19/04/12 vide your office no. [protected] timing around 14.30 p.m. to my mobile no. [protected] try to irritate me again & close call.
You are requested to intervene said matter on urgent basis otherwise I am force to file court case for personal harassment against company and moreover my mobile is DND its also against the rules of TRAI.

Today[protected], the call from the same number[protected] comes to my mobile at 13:22 to explain the Reliance Life Insurance plan. I had refused to listen and inform the caller that I am not interested. Suddenly he started abusing language. Hence, I cut off the call immediately. Next minute, he call again. I tried to record this call this time but he cut the phone. May be he hear a beep sound of recording.

I request to concern authority to take necessary action against this at the earliest.
