Reliance Phone — Poor Coverage

I have a relalince connection for past 5 years.
I am a post paid subscriber. I have been complaining about poor network coverage in my area. It is been about 3.5 months now and no response and resolution from relaince. Always I hear one thing we are workig on this.
I find this is a pathetic and third grade service. Reliance called itself as No. 1 network but cannot provide the same.

No matter how many complaints you make it hardly matters to the company.

ur custmer care number *333 is alwayz busy on calling.
cutting of ammount without (known) reason

Very poor coverage of reliance CDMA network in Guduvancheri in chennai (kayarambedu village ). Frequent call drops and service not available for every now and then.

Very poor coverage of reliance CDMA network in Area- bhagwanganj, city-sagar(m.p) & in katwaria sarai, New Delhi. Frequent call drops and service not available for every now and then. plz do some thing or i will soon switch from your services...

My no. is [protected].Always misguide the subscriber.The reliance customer care are useless.They are taking only money, they are not able to solve their customerts issues.Always saying thanks for calling, what the hell they are talking.how the customer become thankfull after listen their irritating mesages.Customer has to wait for 20-25 minute to get connect with customer care representative after a 100 times try.

Reliance CDMA — network coverage and call drops

I am using reliance cdma service in delhi chandni chowk . my problem with the service provider is frequent dropping of coverage and also call drops in between . Inspite i have complained twice regarding the same no action being taken but just only a sms approaches after complaint stating " Dear customer your problem is resolved " but nothing of such sort have happened. kindly help me out as i cannot change sevice provider due to popularity of my number among my clients.

i am user of reliance cdma connection last 2 years my no is [protected] but at that time i have suffering too much network problem and i have started a pack of 48 Rs. at 6 february2010. i have not given any request of the deregistration about the particular pack,but they are decativate about this pack and they did not inform so. i wnt to complain about the particular problem and when i talk to customer care they are unable to help .i talk to mr. jaspreet (reliance customer care executive).kindly solve my problem and take apporpriate action.

Reliance Mobile CDMA — Fraud in Recharge

On 14th April,2010 i got my reliance CDMA number [protected] recharged with an amount of Rs 999. But even after 6 days that has not been done yet. I called there customer care 15-20 times.Earlier they altogether refused this thing that any recharge has been done. But after calling them many times and getting them talk to the retailer from whom i got it recharged,they finally accepted there fault and gave me a complaint number[protected].They said i'll get a message within 48 hours and the plan will get activated.But now its more than 3 days and still i haven't received any message and the recharge has not been done.Even customer care executives are not picking up the call now.May be they have even filtered out my number.Please do something about the frauds being committed by this company.

Hello dear sir..i am very sorry to say that your CDMA mobile service is not up to mark now..I saw your advertisment on tv - Recharge with 299 Rs and enjoy unlimited local calls but its not unlimited plan..you are cheating the customers..Even your customer care number is not working from last two months..If i need some enquairy thaen where should i call because your customer care number *333 is not working since last 2 months..Your signals are also very weak in our village..Kindly start your customer care number again.

Reliance CDMA — Fraud with customer

Received again a SMS (58888 cricket service pack has been renewed and you will charged 5/per match. for help call [protected], Dtd.29/6/10, Time:21:31) i want to know why you sending me this sms? I had already deactivated cricket pack.Relaince have been subscribe cricket alert pack & voice chat pack without my knowledge. This is not right way to earn money for Mr. Mukesh Ambani.
So i would like request to you please look in to the metter & understand your responsibilty.

i have lost my sim mobile no [protected]... i was going to jagat puri realiance center with lost sim F.I.R.
but not issued sim .. his tell purchese balnk sim local shop .. i have purchese blank sim local shop 100 rupees .. sim no --RSN- RECRUC[protected] OMH ... HIS ACTIVATED NO PH.[protected].. Confirm to shakar pur realince center .. his shop not not available blank sim.. his ask blank sim not avilable all delhi ... confirm me daily ... i have lost sim 4/4/2011..pls help me i have use this no last five year ...pls call [protected].
