[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile Communication — fraud billing

happy diwali to all ur staff

i m sending u my complaint against RELIANCE MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS.

i m a heavy user of reliance mobile prepaid n my no is [protected].,

on 26th, i got a sms from reliance india mobile that on recharge of rs 510, i will get rs 650 in my main a/c & also a sms pack worth rs 49/- will gv me 500 sms to send.

i recharged both, but i was surprised when i got only 453/- as a balance for main a/c & 197 local min for reliance mobile only within circle. then also i wont mine but again the great surprise i faced was that on 28th(diwali day), when i send appx 250-300 sms, my main a/c bal was debited and my a/c remain without balance. how is it possible that when i m having sms pack recharged then why my main a/c balance was debited. i give a call to their call centre at *333, they told me that though diwali is a blackout day thats why ur sms pack will not work on this day and i[censored] send any message, we will debit it from ur main calling a/c. when i ask that it was not mentioned anywhere, they gv excuse that this is their policy. now u pls think, other then festival, why anybody take sms pack. mostly sms 's are send on festival daY n if they take back this service on that day they why they sell these schemes during festival time. money is not matter but the value, commitments towards customers, are not there in this matter. from my popint of view, its a cheating with me & with other thousands of customers like me. so, if possible, pls help
