i have received a msg from reliance .
lifetime validity for rs.222 . its fact or not .
pls replay me asap.

Reliance India Mobile — automatic cut off amount from prepaid balance

I have not subscribed any extra service in My RIM prepaid mobile, but still they are cutting 30Rs every month on the name of some subscription. I have already registered the compliants in Reliance webworld.
but nothing has done for the same.

with your kind information i am kaushal kishor roy reside b-39/2, nanda road my no. is [protected] my mobile main balance was deducted for Rs.9.54 automaticaly on dated 1/09/08
i was call to customer care in this regard but he said it is R.world event and said you purchase a song bachana a hasino but i am not purchase any song from your R . world.
yoy are requested to please check the matter depthly and give my 9.54 rs balance on my mobile immediately.

dear the reliance is doing it to all even i faced the same many times .
my complaint no is SR90925584.
its is regarding wrong balance charging from my cell. but they did not help me and they are doing it many times . dont believe reliance.

Reliance Prepaid Mobile — wrongly deducted my balance

Dear sir,

Yesterday i recharged my balance with 50 Rs & got 42.33. today my balance has been deducted without any call or sms. my number has already DND service activated. Yet 30.00 Rs balance has been deducted from my account. this is second time in 4 months.last time also my request was not resolved. Your service is now so irresponsible now I think i should port my number to another operator..if You will not update my balance..

I have had similar incidents happened. Reliance GSM does not notify for what reason are they deducting the balance. Its like robbing under the daylight.
