Reliance One Card not recd
Dear Sir
Last year i filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Vasundhra, Ghaziabad, got temporary card(no 2266111129491403), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, spoken to your customer care two month back they confirm the address etc but i had not recd the same, kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same at earlist possible.

I got Relaince one card from your Relaince fresh outlet at Yelankaha Bangalore three month back. I already made purchase more than 25000/-. This card going to expire in some days but I have not recived permanent card till yet.
I inquired to fresh outlet those people told me it may take 6 months also.
Now I want to know, is this kind of feed back expeted from Relaince people. Even though it is clearly written on temproray card valid only for 3 months.
My card no.is 2266 1111 7448 2844.
Shall I expect that I will grt proper reply on this.

Non receipt of Original Card

Last year I went to Reliance Fresh outlet along with my husband, located at Old Palasia Classic Moon ( Telephone No 0731-4208985) at Indore and bought some vegetables etc. I was asked to fill a form with the understanding that with every purchase some points would accrue which meant discount equivalent to Rupees at a later date. I filled the form and got a temporary card bearing No 2266 1111 2658 9450. The Reliance outlet is good and we intended to continue our purchases as and when needed. But to the WORST luck I started getting PROMOTIONAL SMS's at very frequent intervals. Tolerated such RUSTIC promotional SMS's for few months and getting fed up with such SMS's I contacted TOLL FREE No. 1800-10-27382 and requested to delete my Mobile No for the purpose of such RUSTIC SMS's.Madam Kirtee had noted my request on 30/06-2008 and assured me that she will delete my name and SMS"s would STOP coming to my mobile from after a week.Nothing happenned and RUSTIC SMS's continued to come.On 30th June 2008 I again rang up to Toll Free No and this time repeating the whole story aagain requested to stop SMS's and Madam Divya who had attended to my request, similarly promised to stop sending SMS's-but in VAIN. SMS's are continuing to come in my mobile.I talked to local Reliance Fresh outlet last week and one Mr Amit promised to look into the issue.Before finally writing to Mr Mukesh Ambani and slapping a legal notice to him and Reliance One of Indore and the Customer Care I am taking this last opportunity to put the things in writing as advised by my advocate. Would YOU please STOP this NUISANCE of sending promotional SMS's on my mobile and inform having really done so OR else I shall take ALL possible steps besides above to STOP this NUISANCE. Due to above NUISANCE, I have stopped visiting Reliance Fresh outlet out of sheer disgust.

Dear sir
Being such a big brand i have not expected such negligence .Sir I had bought a pair of sandals from your store and i thnk within a month the condition sandals is worst inspite of 4-5 times wear.i went to ur store and complained about the article..your salesperson told me show us the bill..and i dont have it.. I told him that i dont have the bill...but they all knew that the article was purchased by your outlet ...sir firstly i would like to complain you of your such low quality...and I think you should satisfy your customer...Wating for your response

Hello Team;
Iam drafting this mail with regard to the expiry of my reliance one card (Temporary), Iam a loyal customer of reliance and have made purchase which will exceed 20, 000(approximately) in past 3 to 4 months, I was issued reliance one card from your Reliance outlet in madipakkam during the month of June 08 and I was told that I will be getting a permanent card after a month. How ever I had to change my mobile number to corporate connection and as I had my previous number 9004064999 in your records I was not reachable. I continued using my temporary card and continued swiping the same for points during any purchase. Lately when I went to your reliance outlet in madipakkam, I thought of checking my points, the guy in counter said straight away that my reliance one card is not valid and I cannot redeem my points which according to me is not a nice service despite of being a loyal customer to reliance. When I asked for reason I was asked to lodge a complaint. When I asked for store manager the boy at counter informed there is no such person available, I told him that iam willing to wait if he is on a break or some thing but his answer was “that wont be of any use”. So I went to billing counter and after purchase handed over the card to the billing guy so that he can swipe the same, he swiped it and that time there weren’t any issues. Well to cut the long story short I was told that I can no longer use my existing points which iam sure will be a decent number. I would like to know if this is true.
I really hope that some body looks into this mail and help a reliance customer out, there by retaining a loyal customer.

hi, i had recharged my rim mobile from reliance fresh, indore (near treasure iceland) of 650 rupees for std free(rim to rim) at night from 11pm to 6am, and 578 rupees balance for making other calls, but after recharge i received a sms in according to sms i got 438 rupees but after few min.i ceck my balance than that was 413 even though i was notreive or make any call during that period.what is it? why my balance is not given as std balance.
why not given me balance 578 from 650 recharge.

I made my first purchase in 27/01/2007 and was issuied temperory card no. 2266111107315120 but till date i have not received permanent card. please write my name correctly in the permanent card. also the e-email id customerservice@ril.com seems to be a hoax.
