[Resolved]  Reliance One Card — Reliance One Card not recd

I have not yet receieved my permanent Reliance One card .My temporary card number is :- [protected]

hi, i had recharged my rim mobile from reliance fresh, indore (near treasure iceland) of 650 rupees for std free(rim to rim) at night from 11pm to 6am, and 578 rupees balance for making other calls, but after recharge i received a sms in according to sms i got 438 rupees but after few min.i ceck my balance than that was 413 even though i was notreive or make any call during that period.what is it? why my balance is not given as std balance.
why not given me balance 578 from 650 recharge.

I received Reliance one temporary card [protected] more than 8 months ago. I have purchased over Rs 35000 but to date no permanent card has been received.

I made my first purchase in 27/01/2007 and was issuied temperory card no. [protected] but till date i have not received permanent card. please write my name correctly in the permanent card. also the e-email id [protected]@ril.com seems to be a hoax.

i recieved my temprorary reliance-1 card no.[protected] by march 2008, but yet it is not activated.afterwards i recieved a new r-1 cardno.[protected]which has been activated.so i request you to transfer my points from old card to my new card.

Reliance fresh purchase — Complaint regarding issue of permanent card

I started purchasing from reliance fresh since past 5-6 months and I am regular customer of reliance. They issued me a temporary card and told me that permanant card shall be sent to you within 3 months. Every time when I go for purchase, I enquir from them but they have only one reply that it shall reach you within a day or two but I don't know when that time will come. I hope you understand what I mean to say. If such a reputed organisation will act in such a manner than I must say that what I thought of your organisation was nothing but an illusion seen in desert.

Reliance One Card — permanent card of reliance one

my reliance one card no.is [protected], i want my permant reliance one card as early as possible.

My Temporary Card no is, [protected]. I have used it for 4 months and the card got torn afterwards. I am not using the card for the past 10 months. Is there a way to get a permanent card?

I got Relaince one card from your Relaince fresh outlet at korramangla branch Bangalore 8 month back. This card going to expire in some days but I have not recived permanent card till yet.
I inquired to fresh outlet those people told me that with in 15 days i may get permanant card. but, after a month also i didnt received my permanant card.
Now I want to know, is this kind of feed back expeted from Relaince people. Even though it is clearly written on temproray card valid only for 6 months.it has been 7 month when i took temporary card.
