[Resolved]  Reliance One Card — Reliance One Card not recd

I got Relaince one card from your Relaince fresh outlet at korramangla Bangalore seven months back. This card was already expired but I have not recived permanent card till yet.
I inquired to fresh outlet those people didnt give proper response. i didnt expect these kind of feedback from reliance people.

plz give proper response and send permanant card immediatley.

Reliance Fresh — Short delivery of items

I shopped at reliance fresh, tirupati apts, mum 26. My cashmemo no C1006 #0012 dated 6.12.08 for Rs. 4777.55. There were 117 items. I have reliance card no [protected].
On reaching home, I discovered that they had not put 12 one litre cartons of nestle milk in my car for which they had charged me Rs 396. On complaining about it, no one seems to take any notice.

I have taken reliance one card more then six months ago but still I do not recive any kind of original card I got only temporary card and the card no is [protected] so please reply about delay in sending card and let me know what should I do next.

my complaint is the same as of all others, CARD NOT RECEIVED AS PROMISED. I wonder if they are serious enough, as i don't see any reply from reliance. ALSO was promised an insurance cover, NO sign of that too.

i received Reliance one temporary card[protected]. I have purchased over Rs 35000 but to date no permanent card has been received.

PLEASE I REQUEST RELIANCE FRESH / RELIANCE ONE PPL TO STOP SENDING ME PROMOTIONAL SMS'S ON MY MOBILE I KEEP ON GETTING ATLEAST 2/3 SMS A DAY.
AND THERE IS NO SITE WHERE I CAN CONTACT THEM N LET THEM KNOW ABT IT
IT HAS BECOME A NUISANCE.

I got Relaince one card from your Relaince fresh outlet at DHANBAD 5 month back. This card going to expire in some days but I have not recived permanent card till yet.
I inquired to fresh outlet those people told me it may take 6 months also.
Now I want to know, is this kind of feed back expeted from Relaince people. Even though it is clearly written on temproray card valid only for 3 months.
