I am a regular customer of your Reliance Shop, Kochadai, Madurai Mobile 098947 84893.
To day I have redeem my points, they have confirmed it is 79 and value of Rs55 can be purchasable. they adjust from purchase bill, but because of system enable they have told will be taken later. They called me after some time in 16.30 hrs and infor points were available only 10, so they ask me return the amount. Please check with the real status and confirm were it was lasted. I am a regular buyer and not used that points so far.
I feel very bad about of this from your shop.
