[Resolved]  Reliance Postpaid Connection — Bills Not Received

Dear Sir/Madam

I am using the reliance postpaid connection since 2004, but the bills are not delivered to my residence which is my permanent address every month . I require the bills for my official purpose . After making complain to the local office it is in order for few months . So I started using BSNL number and the reliance number is kept at the residence . My credit Limit as per reliance is Rs 1100 /- . The last month bill which is the only outstanding bill is only Rs 141 /- as per the sms . A call was received from the customer care after the due date asking for bill payment and it was informed from my residence that the bill was not received . Inspite of making sure that the bill is delivered we started receiving calls from reliance customer care for bill payment . Today morning also after receiving a call from the customer care, I called at [protected] to confirm my credit limit . Again in the afternoon a, call was received from the customer care at my residence asking for bill payment by 17/07/09 or else the connection will be disconnected .

So please check the payment details over the last Five years from your MIS and also clarify what is meant by credit limit at Reliance Telecom .

I am holding a postpaid mobile connection with Mobile no.: [protected] in the name of Manoj Srivastava since June 2003. I had change my billing address in February 2009. After February 2009 bill no any other months bill deliverd at my new billing address. Repeatedly your courier agency responsible for delivery of the hardcopy of the bill does not deliver the bill at my residence while in your records it is always shown that the bill is delivered. Every month I have to request you to send me a duplicate bill and no action is taken on this defaulting courier agency.

Will you please firstly ensure to send a duplicate bill at my address, secondly please ensure that it reaches every month regularly reaches me and lastly please change the courier agency or take necessary action so that they behave. Or if you are not able to take any action on that courier or delivering agency, please confirm to me.
