[Resolved]  Reliance Postpaid Connection — Poor work by the employee and bad manner with the customer

Dear Sir/Madam

I, Rathinder Singh of Siliguri, WB, current user of the reliance prepaid connection i.e. [protected] and i wanted to convert it to postpaid connection and for that on 18/11/2010 i was callet to Mr. Bishu from Reliance Company (franchisee office at City Plaza, Sevoke Rd), Office Incharge Miss Srijana and sales Manager Mr. Pintu. He came to me and all formalities(documentation) were done by me with security cash deposit of Rs250/- and that time he asked me for an alternate number and i gave him the number i.e. [protected], use by my wife who have not need of postpaid connection. After 2 days, my wife called me and told me that the postpaid connection is converted on my number after got the message. I shocked that i had applied for my number and the mistake by the company, the convertion was done in my alternate number. After this i was called to Mr Bishu that what happen, my wife's number was converted to postpaid, she dont need the postpaid. He told me that sir Sorry the mistake by me , plz advise your wife to use the postpaid connection. i told me that its not fair already i have applied for the postpaid connection in my number i.e [protected]. But still i conveyanced my wife to use the postpaid and she agreed. On 20th of Nov 2010, she got disconnection in postpaid line and told me the matter. after this i again called to the Bishu and Pintu to activate the line but they were nothing do. We both are try several times to conatact with Bishu and Pintu to solve the matter but they did not receive the call from my number and one day the Pintu has received the call by my wife but he shouted upon my wife and use abuse language to her there after i went to the franchisee office at the address given above and meet Miss Srijana on 25/11/2010, she told me that today is saturday so the your connection will activated on Monday after verification. And verification was done by the supervisor on saturday i.e. 25th. Today it is the 1st of december 2010 but till date the connection is disconnected.

The Reliance is the brand name and a reputed company. Is this the service given by the company. And the uneducated employee, who dont know the manner that how to talk with the customer . I will wait for maximum 2 or 3 days after that i will make consumer court case against reliance.
