Reliance SIM Card — Asking for the extra charges

Hi I am Kuldeep working for the Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai.
I went to a reliance web world located in borivali [e] and ask for the re-issue my lost sim.
they first asked me for 100 rs. But as i talked to the customer care it is free of cost.
i again concern to the web world person. He again ask me for 150 rs also talked to me in a bad manner.
i wonder if you take any action against this all.
