Reliance SIM — Complaint regarding Detecting Somers From Mobile Balance

I am using Reliance Gsm Number [protected] on 13-06-11 @ 09.30 PM I hav Recharged My number With Sms card of Rs39 & Also recharge with rs20 Topup.
NexT Morning on 14-06-11 I See my Balance It Was only 0.76 Paise only..
Now, When I Called customer Care For further Detail for what they detucted My Balance They Can't Give a Satisfactory answers & They Dissconneted our Call
