Reliance SIM — Not accepting my MNP Request

I was apply to change my service provider (mob.no:[protected]) (BSNL to RELIANCE). In that the retailer collect money also. But still the retailer not give any response to me. the mobile shop located in sulur. Shop Name: Cell Shopee. In last 4 months i visit that shop daily. But the retailer compliant about reliance sales ref. So kindly take action to retailer and reliance in sulur Branch.
