[Resolved]  Reliance Smart SIM Card — Unreasonable deductions

My Mobile smart SIM connection number is [protected]. Repeatedly I requested not to deduct the charges for ring tunes, but in vain. Though I try to keep minimum balance, they recovered Rs.20/- for 20 days without my consent on 17.11.2010. Earlier they used to recover monthly, but they started recovering even Rs.20/-. Is it not cheating the customers?

I am unable to contact them on[protected] because it is busy 24/7. I expect them to act and deduct the charges genuinely.

THIS IS ALSO SO WITH ME.THEY DEDUCT MY BALANCE IN THE NAME OF VAS WHEN I DEACTIVATE VAS, IT SAYS YOU HAVE NO VAS ACTIVATED.WHAT SHOULD I DO? I AM QUITE ANNOYED AND DECIDED TO STOP THE SERVICES OF RELIANCE GSM SIM. MOBILE NO-+91 [protected]. C. C. GORE
