[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Sim — SIM problem

I've bought a reliance smart SIM from Maria Infocom ( located in Serampore, Mallickpara) on 04.01.11 by giving my photo & voter id card xerox copy. But now (after 15 days)no incoming or outgoing or sms facility in my SIM though I've Rs. 38.06 balance on it. My MDN No.: [protected]. I've informed the reliance customer care, they told me that the SIM is invalid. How they can allow invalid number for 15 days along with recharge? I've recharged my number on 04.01.11 with Rs. 51 & use that for 15 days. Please help me. My alternate no. is [protected].
