As we had gone to purchase footwear which were in sale dated 22/9/2010 at 2.00p.m vapi super store we selected few footwear but thing it was not in pair they were all single slipper and another slipper of same pair were missing. we requested staff to pls help us regarding the same but staff replied that the missing slippers were not available with them they must have misplaced it. when we asked for manager staff told he is on first floor, first floor staff said manager is on ground floor at last the thing we could not talk with manger as i think manager was not ready to attend customer.
Atlast we left the store without buying the same which was very unsatisfactory
