Reliance Telecommunication (Cdma) — Termination of my RIM no.([protected]) without any proper justification

With due respect I, Jnana Ranjan Pati wants to state that, my no. is [protected] and its a pre-paid connection. Without prior notice from Reliance communication side and any proper justification my number got terminated on 09th August 2009 i.e. Sunday. I have complained at their customer care for around 4-5 times but no steps has been taken till now. The only work that they have done till now is that they have given me a service request no. i.e.[protected] and have mentioned that my problem would be answered in 2 more days !!!

I have also visited your Reliance web world outlet at UG 22, DLF Grand Mall, Gurgaon-Mehruli Road and deposited the requisite documents i.e. identity proof and photograph of mine but nothing has helped till now. I am very much unsatisfied with their staff behavior and their responsiveness. Today I called up at 10.20 A.M. at the Reliance web world but the one who picked up the phone said no staff had come till now so call us again after 12 noon. This shows their staff punctuality and dedication to their work.

The ones sitting at their customer service help desk and attending phone calls of their customers are not aware of the problems and do not know what steps to be taken. They say something by doing just a wild guess or something. I am telling these things because the number of times I called up customer care, I got to listen to different things from them.

First when I called up and said I am not able to call to any number not even customer care, they said that it might be due to network congestion so please wait for some time and it would be correct soon.

Secondly they said that you might have changed your address and the audit person might have terminated your no.

Thirdly they said that you yourself have terminated your call !!!

Fourthly they said that your no. is lost i.e. your hand-set might have got stolen so someone has given complaint regarding this so your no. is terminated !!!

For their details I have also given the place from where I bought my RIM hand-set along with the no. and that was from Priya communications, Sector-14 Market Complex, Gurgaon, Haryana. The address on which I bought the no. was of Plot No.71/14, Sector-14, Gurgaon, Haryana-122001. But now my present address is Flat No.804, Professor's Enclave Co-operative Society, Plot No.57, Sector-56, Gurgaon, Haryana-122001.

I hope you to understand my problems and take necessary steps as soon as possible as I am not able to call any number since 4 days. I also need that much grace period from your side for the days I am not able to make calls.
