[Resolved] Reliance Trends — exchange | |||
I had purchased 3shirts from Reliance Trend (phoenix marketcity, kurla) on 09th may2013 for my papa..and also exchanged it on same day because i was not knowing my papa's shirt size. When i exchanged it so bymistakly instead of size 40cm i had taken 2 shirts of 44cm. So again on 12may 2013 when i went to exchange the size into 40cm so they refuse to exchange the size. Now what to do. i had spoken with the staff as well as the store manager and requested them alot to exchange it becoz it was not of my use. Also these its seal pack shirts with the bill. I gave them the option of alteration, but for that also they refuse by saying that shirts alteration is not possible. they were not ready to solve my problem. They told me that we can’t help you, you have to take the same shirts of 44cm. i left those shirts with them by saying u only keep bcoz it is of no use for me but they never felt sorry about it and kept both the shirts with them and replied to me as your wish. Your store manager and staff doesnt have sense that how to talk with the customer. That size was not perfect for my papa. so why shall i go for 44cm.when i required 40cm its not about the money It’s about the service which really matters alot to the customer, and time which will never come back i had not expected this service from Reliance Group. and also no where it is mentioned that they will not exchanged twice for sizing plz if possible reply me on this number or on my e-mail id ASAP. I purchased a jeans of brand John players on 11/12/2014 in park square mall Bangalore reliance trends. I was shocked to see that it's branded product and condition got worsted when I used once. I have purchased trouser 02.02.14, brand john player size 32, i told him, that i need 34 size, the persons at reliance trends refused .free gift
