[Resolved]  Relianceada.com — Issues with Reliance BroadBand Service Provider

I am chandrasekhar, i have applied for reliance Broadband connection on 16th May 2010.The sales executive Mr.Manikantha ([protected]) from Bangalore team has collected the documents and the check of amount 1399/- on 16th May and he told me i will get the connection with in 7 days.But it's been one month i didn't get the connection though the amount of 1399 got deducted from my account on 3rd August 2011.i have called n number of times to customer care about the connection status every time they say they will escalate it to sales team but i never get any response from them.Reliance customer care service is the worst among the Other service provider there response is very poor.i am frustrated and now i am decided not to go for Reliance connection as they still not processes my application.

i need my money back .please suggest me how to proceed further on this.
