[Resolved] Reliance/GSM — worst network in Kanyana: Karnataka | |
Hi, I had really great hope on reliance. But its out of my imagination to imagine its situation on GSM networking. my place: Kanyana, Bantwal taluk, Dakshin Kannada district of Karnataka. it has been started the service in GSM form last 4 months, still its not in a contion o[censored]sing it. I myself can recognise as what is the problem since im EC engineer. It is mainly causing problem in transmitting my voice to a called guy. recieving is fine. Now cant they find this silly problem n correct it. I can say my house is within 100 mtr circle from the tower. Please i request any responsible officers of Reliance do the needfull soonest, else you will loose a mass of customers. Was this information helpful? | |

Reliance GSM is the worst mobile network. They are cheating customers.

i brought the sim on 28/08/09 and normally recharged with 46 and std offer pack 145.
for that 300 min of std is free.
but that balance is zero on next day i.e., 29/08/09.
please do needful for me.

the deduction amount is now become 6 rs
and customer care not giving any info...

Reliance/GSM — Balance Deduction
my mobile number is : [protected] ( reliance GSM )From Last three months i facing problem of Rs.30 diduction without any reason,when i asked to the customer care & nodal office they said that you have activated the Sai baba & joke service,But the thing is i have not activated,still they are not accepting their fault.
So tell me what should i do at this time and where to complain.

Reliance/GSM — deducting balance forcibly
five months backs i logged a similar complaint, that time i was promised that i wont face this kind of problem again. But now again i have been made victim to forcefully balance deduction by reliance. yesterday night i received two messages saying that i have been subscribed to caller tune and one more service , which i never opted for. but then I tried to unsubscribe it by sending a message , which didn't worked and i got a message that i don't have balance. I faced a lot of problem due to this. i needed to make some official calls related to my work , which i couldn't due to these thugs from reliance. and at night no recharge shops are opened. I am really disappointed with reliance service. Really i will never use reliance SIM in future and also will convey these incidents to my known...:@ I just saw it's not five months, it was just 2 months ago i logged the last complaint. These guys couldn't even provide fair service for just 2 months...:@
Probably the worst GSM service in Karnataka(Bangalore) is Reliance GSM SERVICES. I travel from South Bangalore to North Bangalore (almost 34 Kms) and back. There are so many NO SIGNAL POCKETS that too in busiest places!!! I have complained to Customer Care, Nodal Officer. Till now no action taken!!! Even with full signal, the phone goes to EMERGENCY MODE! You can neither recieve any call nor make any call!! The Customer Care people tells something, the Reliance Stores people tell something else!! This is NO.1 NETWORK OF INDIA!!! GOD save us!!! First solve the problems of subscribers fast. They will get confidence... then the laurels comes automaticallly!!!
