Reliance Post Paid connection — outgoing barred

my name is abhimanyu singh and i am using post paid connection of reliance {[protected]}.I am living in a flat taken on rent. Now they have stopped my connection by saying that on my current address somebody has taken connection in past and his due is rs2600, which i have to pay. As it is not my house so i dont know exactly who has taken connection in past . I taken this connection on 09/09/08 by paying rs830, after 15 days, they are saying that i have to pay additional rs2600, which is totally wrong .
if somebody has taken connection in past, a company must have customer's permanent address proof.
so kindly do some needful as i have been unneccessary harrassed by relaince company. Kindly take some action .

Reliance Post Paid connection — deactivation of outgoing calls in unfair manner

sir, I am subscriber of reliance post paid connection vide no. [protected]. Ihad taken this connection only a week before under the offer on making payment of Rs. 1450/ . Iwas told at the time of taking this connection the said number shall remain free from rent for five months and there shall be 400 mobile to mobile calls free every month.However, only after 5 days the outgoing calls from the said number has been deactivated for the reasons best known to them only and this unfairness on the part of company has been resyulted into business loss to me apart from mental agony. Ihave called many times to customer care regarding the same but all in vein. please help me.

Reliance Post Paid connection — deactivation of roaming without notice and pathetic customer care services

Dear Sir,

I am writing to you with utmost regret and disregard of your attention to your so called privileged post paid customers. I have a post paid connection since last 2.5 years and you call me a privileged customer.

Unfortunately your services have been pathetic and horrible. I am a frequent traveler and have always used national roaming on my number.

Pls take note of following incident that has left me totally aghast o[censored]r horrible customer care:

1) On 21st May, I reached Ahmedabad and suddenly realized my mobile is not working and giving the message " to resume services pls contact reliance customer care". Inspite of me paying all bills on time.

2) I tried calling you *222 number atleast 50 times, but was not able to get through.

3) Finally I got through *333 and spoke to atleast 10 customer care people from 12 am to 9 am. All of them were equally useless and were not able to provide me with reason why my phone was not working.

4) Pls check the call log in and refer to waiting time on each time I called customer care on 20th and 21st May. It was horrendous. Some of calls lasted 30 minutes...PATHETIC...

5) From 12 am to 6 pm on 21st MAY - my mobile did not work at all...I want to know the reasons...WHY ??? I have not given any request to deactive my national roaming anytime in last 2.5 years...

THIS IS A RELIANCE SYSTEM ERROR AND I SEEK AN EXPLANATION FOR ABOVE.

IT HAS BEEN ONE OF MOST PATHETIC EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND I AM RETHINKING ON MY CONNECTION WITH YOUR COMPANY...

I HOPE YOU HAVE GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL SYSTEMS THAT CAN TAKE CARE OF DIFFICULTIES / TORTURE THAT CUSTOMERS HAVE TO FACE !!!

I HAD SIGNIFICANT BUSINESS LOSS DUE TO MY MOBILE NOT WORKING ON 21ST MAY FROM 12 AM TO 6 PM IN CITY OF AHMEDABAD,

I AM HOLDING YOU ACCOUNTABLE FOR ABOVE LOSS.

Reliance Post Paid connection — Harassed by both the company & It's assosiate

ð First I was offered 10 good, attractive Numbers with plan of 275pm from which I Selected one No. that’s[protected] and the plan (latter I came to know that It has been used by some one before 2 Years) this was the Number what for the agent took the documents and Rs 450/-

ð After Complain The sales People Assured that they will give another good No. and they offered 3, 4 good no from which I selected [protected]

ð After 2 weeks of processes (Useless Effort of both verification Dept, sales Dept & my more that 50 calls) they activated the Number but not the one which they promised and not the promised plan. Rather they activated [protected]

ð Again with my several calls, the regional Customer care Officer, Panchseel park, delhi, assured me that the promised No.([protected])’ll b activated with in 24 hr.

ð After 24hr she asked for 48hr more and after 48 hrs she suggested me to visit the nearest webworld. And I went & gave the complain but after a week of cheating, she informed that No. can not b given to me ‘caz that was a premium No.

Here I'd like to ask the reliance communication that did not they know that number was a Premium Numb. before Offering that.
