[Resolved] Religare — Religare - worst customer service | |
Hello, I would like to bring to your notice issues faced by Mr. K H Shenoy with his Religare account. I would also like to register a complaint against the service provider Religare. Mr. Shenoy joined Religare last year with a fee of Rs 15000/- for an year. Initial 2 months, there were no services. Later on he realized that the dealer had misplaced the cheque which was causing the delay. Mr. Shenoy had to issue a new cheque eventually. Dealer had informed that the 2 month loss should be compensated after we talk to the Customer Service. However, this year, after the 12 months term was over nothing was done in order to compensate the loss of service. The main concern started a couple of weeks back when the Religare system would not let Mr. Shenoy sell any shares which are in his possession. Reason – a new service DELLPLUS was activated on his account without his consent. It took almost 10 days talking to ‘N’ different people from ‘N’ different departments who could not make Head or Tail of what the issue is and kept giving false assurances. When we emailed Religare keeping few of the media ids in loop, did Religare realize how critical this is? Eventually, the issue was resolved but now there are no further updates from their side. We had asked Religare to compensate for the loss of service, however, they don’t seem to understand our plight. It is after many thoughts and advises from different people (including Consumer Guidance team) that we have decided to formally lodge a complaint against them. Hence, I am writing this to you. We have all the emails intact, plus on the Religare system there are complaints raised (complaint numbers 974254, 966961, 953182, 947264, 939073 etc) for this issue.
