[Resolved]  Religare Securities Ltd — Betrayed of travel arrangements

Dear All,

This is to inform you all that I had booked a travel voucher from Religare on 20/01/12010 only on terms of "providing the hotel booking for 14/03/2010 to 21/03/2010 at GOA".

But, now religare team is denying for giving the hotel confirmation for the said period, moreover no one is replying on email or not picking up the phones even.

M/s Religare Securities has betrayed of giving the assurance and now they are not providing hotel accomodation or refund of payment.

I sincerely request you of arrange for the refund of Rs 7750/- at the earliest.

Please do the needful.

As per my trailing mail, you are very much clear that I had made the travel bookings and I am not having the flexible dates.



Even though I am getting this negative response from your end, I will not appreciate this kind of response.



Moreover I had booked the travel package on terms that I should get the booking for said date i.e. 14th March’2010 only and is agreed by your representative.



As per your concern of non-availability at Club Mahindra Varca Beach Goa, I had given the flexibility of, booking to any of the below mentioned 9 options of Goa for the date 14th March’2010:

3. Royal Goan Beach Club at Monterio - Goa

8. Phoenix Park Inn - Goa

9. The Country Clube De Goa - Goa

Finally, kindly arrange to make the booking at any of the above-mentioned resorts of GOA for 14th March’10 to 21st March’10 or else kindly arrange to return the payment of Rs. 7000/- + Rs. 750/- at the earliest.

I have received a call just a few minutes before, from one of religare representative regarding my booking and he is conveying of finding difficulty at Goa as per my schedule.



I will not appreciate this kind of response from your side.



Inspite, I had confirmed from Ms. Kajal and Ms. Chhaya for my scheduled booking in the month of December'09 itself (and the same discussion is in trailing mail).



Still there is 40 days left for booking date and you have mentioned 11 resorts of Goa also I had confirmed at one of the resort of Goa of your mentioned list, bookings are available for the referred date and they are charging Rs. 1500/- incl. of b/f per day.



I will appreciate of confirming the hotel booking at the earliest or arrange to return the payment to enable me to make alternate arrangement.

And the courier returned back to me.



After waiting for more than 15 days, I will not appreciate this kind of communication.

They will not give me residue room
