[Resolved]  rental — vacation of tenant before completion of agreement period which is 11 months

Respected sir,

I am an flat owner and let out my flat with an agreement for 11 months and insisted with tenant at time of agreement that i will only let out my flat if they are sure to stay for full 1 year at the least as i was not interested to change the tenants, pay the agents, many other problems which I have to face due to change of tenants, house is left vacant till I get another suitable tenant and it is an economical burden due to bank EMI"s.etc. Now after 3 months they are planning to vacate and gave me three months notice of vacation but I was insisting that I would'nt let out my flat for 6 months and they should pay me the whole amount for the lease period that is 11 months. I am the person who is at trouble has to take out time and again show the flat , answer to the queries, provide all the requirements according the tenants etc. why should I face all these troubles If I do not have steady income which I expected and told them while entering the agreement.please do help me, They did not even pay this months rent.
