I had purchased Honda Active Motorcycle from Jhaveri Auto Pvt Ltd, Cotton Green, Mumbai – 400 015 on 16.04.2009. The vehicle came with the same Exide Battery with Sr no.[protected]. The vehicle no is MHO-01-AK-1277.

Since last two months, I have experienced that the battery’s cell is defective. Whenever I try to start the vehicle it doesn’t get start. I have informed this to Jhaveri Auto Pvt Ltd. My battery is under guarantee then also they repaired and gave my battery back to me, which does not worked even for 27 days.

I am hereby stating that I am not satisfied with your dealer’s service. Since my battery is under guarantee I need an urgent replacement from Exide Industries Ltd before guarantee period gets over.

Kindly do the needful earliest.
