I had booked an e-ticket on Oct 24, 2009 details of which are as follows:
Train Name - Siddeshwar Express (from Solapur to Mumbai)
Journey start date - 2nd Nov 2009
PNR No.[protected]
Until today evening, BEFORE the chart was prepared, the status was showing as RAC 5 (I checked this on 1st Nov around 2200 hrs as well as on 2nd around 1500 hrs). Now, when I checked the status again AFTER the chart is prepared, the status is showing as Wait List 2.
When I called up 139, I was not given any response and the phone was being disconnected by the customer care officers.
This seems absurd and I needed to understand as to how the status can change from RAC to Wait List? Was this information helpful? |
