Resident — Illegal meter provided by BEST to Hawker

This complaint is regarding illegal meter provided to hawker opp. to K.E.M. Hospital. Opposite to K.E.M. Hospital there are 6 stalls provided by BMC and they are authorised BEST Electricity user. There is pan-beedi stall located at the Corner of Sopariwala Baug, Near to Kamgar Maidan, opp. to Babu Genu statue which is on the Road. The BEST has provided illegal meter to pan-beedi shop without the permission from 6 authorised BMC stalls. How come BEST can provide an Electricity Meter to roadside hawker.

Resident — Service Lane uprooted

We resident of SHARDA NIKETAN PITAMPUR DELHI-34 from house no-109 to 240 are havin no cleaning of Back or service lane since very long. No MCD staff come for cleaning back street.
Secondly our cement floor of the back street is all broken with big pit hole. This has been done by GIAL to put gas line but no body is there to take resposibilty to fix it back. This back street is laying since 4 months un-repaired. Please some body come and repair it.

Resident — FAILURE OF POWER SUPPLY

IRRESPONSIBLE USELESS AND INEFFECTIVE TNEB AUTHORITIES AT K.K.NAGAR

We are residents of K.K.Nagar, I Secor, III Street, No.30. For the past one month we are faced with Power failure at least 3 to 4 hours during the day time and from 7.00 pm onwards during the nights. It has become a daily ritual for the past one week to go to the TNEB at K.K.Nagar to make complaint but there is no proper responsed from them. They have all sorts of excuses to give which we are not concerned. First they dont pick up the phone to receive the complaint, even the AD or AE are do not pick up their mobile and most of the time it is switched off. They operate with only 3 people for managing a very big area under theit control.

Now we request the authorities to take action immediately and restore proper power supply.
WE ARE PAYING FOR CURRENT AND IT IS OUR RIGHT TO DEMAND PROPER AND REGULAR POWER SUPPLY
WE REQUEST THE MINISTER OF POWER SUPPPLY TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY

We have frequent low voltage and are unable to do anything. we are having this problem since two months and still this problem is not solved yet.

Resident — Disturbance and animal cruelty

I am a resident of a building named Bacha Mansion, Tardeo road, opp Bhatia Hospital, Mumbai. A resident on the second floor has about 6 to 8 dogs as pets who bark the entire day and night causing us all a lot of disturbance. Even if it was 1 or 2 dogs, it can be understandable. But when all 8 dogs bark, it is a chaos. Would also like to appeal to please check on the condition of these dogs. We feel it's cruel to keep so many dogs in one little flat when they are never taken out for walk. Wonder how dirty the flat may be with all the dog excretions and urinations which can break out into a health hazard for all the residents.

Kindly treat this mail as important and send someone for inspection at the earliest and take action. This move will be beneficial to the resident' safety and for the welfare of the dogs.

Resident — unauthorised 8 Dogs

I bring to kind your notice that at my down stair Mrs. Sahi having 7-8 dogs. We are old age couple at mid night they all barking and disturbed our life and we all block members facing with bed smell of 8 dogs.

please remove all 8 dogs immediately.
