The Chairman, Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF), For North Delhi Power Limited, Sub Station Building, New Police Colony, Model Town II, New Delhi 110 009, Sub:- Theft of Electricity connection in resident of flat no. 204 NDMC Housing Complex, Sector-11 Rohini, Delhi-85 This is to bring to your kind knowledge that one of the resident of flat no. 204 NDMC Housing Complex, Sector-11 Rohini, Delhi, since last 3 years there is continuing theft of electricity from stair case. The bill which has to be paid by NDMC. Their electricity connection has been disconnected since last 3 years due to non payment and heavy arrears which has to be paid by him. Many notices has been sent through NDPL in this regard for the but no action has been taken by your department so long. residential — theft of electricity
This is to bring to your notice Amar Kumar resident of 9/169, Khichripur Colony, Delhi-91,is running a coaching centre " A K Tutorial" with the domestic meter connection.Every evening he changes his electricity connection in such a way that the meter becomes inactive and useses unnecessary electricity whole night and till the morning around 10 am, after doing all his work that requires heavy load.
Moreover, he has done an underground connection around the meter area so that it becomes impossible for anyone to trace his unfair trick.
If you want this individual to caught red-handed then do visit his address in the evening around 7 to 8 pm, and dig the meter wall area so that everything becomes crystal clear.
More over whenever the reading man comes he opens the door quite lately, in order to be safe.
Even he is enjoying much by paying a marginal bill of around rs 300 to 350 per month.
Once he was caught earlier but just because of the so called bribe he was spared. I believe this time you would be sending an authorized person who can look into the matter seriously.
As the citizen of India its my humble request to please look into this matter seriously and as early as posible so that our valuable resource "electricity" do not get wasted.

I am residing in H. No.753, block 10, Baba kharag Singh Marg near R.M.L. hospital, New Delhi-110001. Today morning (01.06.2016) I and my mother returned from abroad after ten days. While going abroad I had taken pic of our electricity meter reading which was19697.3 and shut down the MCB inside the house and also from main meter. Today I was shocked to see my meter reading is 19967.7. Earlier also in June 2014, we had gone out for 24 days and switched of meters MCB, and was forced to pay a bill double the normal even though house was closed for one month. On my complaint, NDMC sent people to see whether electricity meter was running properly or not, it was found okay. Somebody please suggest how the meter runs 270 units with MCB down in ten days. My no. NG 9225345. BEcause of corruption I am forced to pay for neighbors bills. Please help as NDMC is not helpful or wants to stop this theft. My email : panna.[protected]@gmail.com
I have already complained about the same earlier, complaints also given against the electricity theft, taking place at B-56, Vir Singh Colony Budh Vihar Phase - 2, Rohini 110086. Pls take action against this complaint.
