Sir,

This is to inform you that Shri. Rajender Diwan, owner of 1st floor of 43-B, New Layal Pur, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051 who resides at the first floor of the building where I own a shop at the ground floor is not taking care of the sanitation of his house and due to which the neighbors are quite disturbed.

I own a clinic right below his flat and very upset because inspite of several requests Mr. Diwan is not attempting to rectify anything of his floor. Mr. Diwan is living in this building since past several years and his darins on the balcony where he may be having his washroom is leaking since long. Since this is a health hazard the owner of the flat has been requested manier times during the past two to three years to get the defects rectified, so that the dirty water does not fall in the open space but he has not taken any action so far. It is feared that an epidemic may erupt.

It is therefore requested that Shri. Rajender Diwan, owner of 1st floor of 43-B, New Layal Pur, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051 may be asked to take remedial measures to remove the defect.
