[Resolved]  Residential problem — Illegal unauthorized activities in housing society

In a registered housing co operative society flat owndership of 64 flats can a single one flat owner is
allowed and permitted to carry on a commercial trading activity to run his business inside from a residential flat of tourists four wheeler vehicles 14/15 big vehicles parked inside the society and also their drivers lodged in a small warehouse who clean like garage their vehicles and change oil spilling on the ground and no sanitation available. Too noisy dirty talk amongst themselves and very disturbing situation for all the flat owners and surroundings full of dirt and unhealthy atmosphere.
Several complaints lodged with society management against the nuisance of one flat owner doing this illegal activity in a housing registered society with all goondagardi might and threatening all who raise complaint. This is becoming unbearable for all honourable owners of flat residents to stay comfortably trouble free in a decent society. (Miraway co-op. hsing society) Sitladevi Temple Road,
Mahim West, Mumbai 400016. How can a single flat owner have so much right to carry on illegal activities and perform commercial practices without any consent from Society Management. Atleast some Govt. authority should consider health, peaceful stay of residents, and care of children, women, ladies who can not enjoy free movements fearing harm from unlawful illegal activities and drivers menace presence from early morning mid night hours cleaning vehicles inside the society and now allowing other flat owners to park their vehicles. Even society management is unable to curb the activities of this one flat owner who remains king to do what he feels to do.
