Residential problem — Water not coming in my residential water connection

I am 82 years old lady staying alone. I am facing an acute water problem at my home as water in my residence water connection is not coming. I have met ZRO, Sec6, Rohini and also made my son-in-law speak to Head Engineer, Sec7, Rohini but both of them have refused to help me and said they cannot resolve the water problem.

I do not where to go and who will help me.

The Claim of the Delhi govt of helping very senior citizens is all false as nobody has any courtesy to help the needy.

I appeal to whoever is managing these complaints to improve the services and help solve the problems of the citizens.
