Rn Unlimited Movies & Real Player — Unable to cancel subscription

Have requested severall times for this service to be discontinued - have been told that this will happen.

I am still being charged on a monthly basis.

Real Player Superpa — cancellation

I have canceled this product twice and am still getting fees withdrawn from my account. it has now been almost two years @ $6.11 plus international exchange $0.15 per month.

now i found that they have styill been charging me, i would like my funds back?
