[Resolved]  Rolta India Limited — Queue Violation at Malvani Depot

Whom so ever it may concern (it concerns all responsible people of Malwani)
My daily commuting route is from malwani to powai, and for that i take BUS no. 459 (which i understand, according to BEST website, is actually 459Ltd). The pain starts at the journey break iteself, as the normal expected frequency of buses from malwani is 10-15 minutes, but sometimes i and atleast 70-75 other citizen have to take sunbath(infact sunburn at noisy and chaotic stand of malwani ghetto) for 30-40 minutes. After standing under scorching Sun for 40 minutes (by that time we have taken one more sweat bath) bus is seen coming from some other originating station (from where queue should actually start but is not allowed to start). By this time the queue generally stretches to 70 odd people in queue and some 20 people standing out of queue in front of the stop. It is understood that these fellow comrades have got some kind of special pass from BEST administration to break queue and grab seats before even first person in queue has actually boarded. So a person standing at 10th or 15th position in queue, who should have comfortably got a window seat otherwise, has to stand holding bars inside the bus. By the way it is interesting to note down here that these heroics of violating queue is actually done by some junior college brats who are not more than 18 yrs old, while people standing in queue are mostly old people, ladies and daily office goers like me. The situation sometimes becomes so out of control that ladies are found cursing bad words to usual (real scum of society) eveteasers travelling in bus.

Now to summarise i want to take your attention to few items in my wish-list:
1. A proper guide rail at the stop to maintain the queue.
2. A BEST representative (generally they keep for checking tickets at enroute stops) to maintain queue.
3. A strict check on BUS governers(driver and conductor) to not allow anyone through front door except old and handicap commuters.

I suppose this wish list is not a "asking too much" stuff, and is a general cry from almost all ethical commuters of BUS no.459. In fact it is responsibility of the BEST undertaking to provide such infrastructure at least at some places they call Depots. Please try and support on this issue as this really becoming a suffering for fellow commuters.

Dear Sir,

Good Morning,. I dont know, the people are very lethargic .So kindly take the immediate action as soon as possible.

This is the emphasize issues. Today i called the Professional courior . they not response to me.I need a solution otherwise i will go to consumer court.
