Hi I am Sridhar. I ordered an Apple iPod Nano on EMI with Royal Images Catalouge. Instead they delivrered an Apple iPod Touch. They have charged me for the first month EMI & say that the amount would be credited back once the product reaches them from the concerned Courier. I have spoken to 4 different personnels regarding this & nothing has happened till now. Made more than 25 calls to them, even when I was on roaming. What I need is, just credit the money back to my Credit card account & place a new order for Apple iPod Nano (this time correctly).
