Order Details : Samsung Corby S3653 Price: 8520.00 Date: Thursday, March 04, 2010 Order number is : RW00000512 I am absolutely unsatisfied with your service below is the reason mentioned: I have made an order for Samsung corby mobile on 4th March, 2010, then due to some reasons on the same day (after 3-4 hours )i did called to your customer service number and requested to cancel the order. I was being assured by the executive on the call that my order will be cancelled. But now I see the amount has got deducted from my credit card. Just dial people are third class they dont have any procedure they add the numbers as per their wish.
My number is added in some travels agency number such as Vishwas Travels, and after giving serveral intimation they are not removing my number.
Can anyone please take some serious action againts them.

i got that order but it is in damaged condition, so i want you to give me some solution to it, either replace it.
