[Resolved]  Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurnce Company Ltd — Non receipt of Claim

I was submitted all bills /documents of my wife's hospitalization for claim on[protected] till date I have not received any response from your side, detail of my policy are:
POLICY NO. HLSBIL 0008
MEMBERSHIP NO. HS[protected]B
POLICY CERTIFICATE NO. : HS[protected] and new
POLICY CERTIFICATE NO. : HS[protected].

I was received a letter DATED[protected] from Royal Sundarm regarding "CANCELLATION OF INSURANCE POLICY"

I have contact several times on phone to Claim Department, every time they take a new complaint, but till date they ould not replied that, why they cancel my policy and why not releasing my claim.

Let me help please........ .
