[Resolved] Rp Telebuy Skyshop Pvt Ltd — About Service or Replacement of the product | |||
Dear Sir, This is Uma from Bangalore, I have purchased a ORBITREK ELITE product on 06 feb 2012 from RP TELEBUY SKYSHOP PVT LTD company and it is under warranty for one year. It is not working properly from past three months, so one day i called them and asked for the service on September and also i urge to replace the product. So they told me we will provide service within 3 days. till today they are not providing any service even-though i called them for so many times. I am hereby requesting you to take action on them.
