We bought ellite orbitrek thane fitness machine on 13/09/2008, now it is not working properly due to bearing complaint. I have convayed the complaint over phone on 23/07/2011 and i was informed that service personal will attend the complaint on 25/07/2011 but they not turned up. For my second call for the same complaint on 25/07/2011 at around 7:30 pm, i was assured that service personal will definitly attend the complaint without fail on 26/07/2011 before 6 pm. But there is no response till now.
i am also facing the same difficulty. the company wont either pick the phone and keep telling us they will turn up for 3 times in a row now. we keep on waiting and they does not do anything to redress the consumer grievances. i have been calling them for about 10 days to replace the faulty abcircle pro i have bought there is no positive responce and they cut my call as i was telling them my grievances.please help me
