Respected Sir/Madam, I have applied PCC for Philippines for further studies purpose. I need it latest by 3/4th May, 2010, as I need to get it signed later by MEA etc & later apply for VISA. Time is running by & I am quite tense. It looks like I may miss my admission. Applied Date:[protected] Enquired at Local Police Station:[protected] They have no information) Enquired at RPO:[protected]They asked to inquire at Commissioner's office to expedite the process) Enquired at Commissioner's office, Infantry road:[protected]They confirmed that RPO has not send any request) Enquired at RPO:[protected].(again - They asked me to come again, take token no & enquire on[protected] Other details are mentioned below: File No:- BNGH00741710 Key No:- [protected] Name: Sanjeev Kumar Applied date:[protected] Service:92 Mode: Direct Local Police Station: Jeevan Bheema Nagar, Police Station I really dont understand what is happening, where is my PCC request is lying. RPO mentioned that PCC will be delivered in 8 days. I understand, it is day-2-day job for RPO, but this lethargic & irresponsible attitude can ruin somebody's career. Kindly, request our time constraints also. Institute has given around 1.5 months time only. Thanks in advance, considering some immediate action will be taken. Dear Sir / Madam,
I have applied for the new passport on[protected]. My file number is B15069809.
Its been 2 weeks since I see same response " Your Police Verification report has been received by us, and your file is in line for further processing".
Could you please let me know whom to be contacted & how soon I will be receiving my passport.

There are so many such kind of complaints too. In Delhi, my friend got the PCC done in just 4 hours last month only. Why RPO, Bangalore cant keep there 8 days deadline.
I have filled one more Personal Particulars form and re-submiited it to the Superintendent- RPO on 29-Apr-10.
This has been suggested by Superintendent himself. Also, as per him, next/second day, requests are dispatched to Commissioner's office. But inquiry at Commissioner's office shows, " No papers received from RPO".
Also, I went again to Local police station (Jeevan Bhima Nagar) on 30-Apr-10, in their register too, my name for PV is not mentioned.
I really dont understand why RPO is not maintaining any transparency. From whom I can get the right information. Why there is so much delay?
TIME IS RUNNING BY; I DONT KNOW, IF I CAN MAKE IT FOR MY HIGHER STUDIES on 1ST JUN 2010.
A default status at RPO site:
Your police verification report has not been received by us yet. You may like to follow up with the concerned police autorities. If you need your passport urgently, you have the option of applying under tatkaal, with a Verification Certificate (Annexure-F).
However, Tatkaal is invalid for RPO issued PCC.

RPO, Bangalore — Passport not received
Dear Sir,My mother-in-law had applied for new passport on 02/05/2008. The file Number is W10062009.
Its been 2 weeks since i see " Your Police Verification report has been received by us, and your file is in line for further processing.
Please help! Can you let me know who has to be contacted for knowing the status.
