[Resolved] Rto — RTO Life time taxes

Hi, I am an IT employee who needs to change states basis transfers and Business requirements. I recently bought a two wheeler and now i want to get my two-wheeler transfered to Pune. I would be getting the NOC from Barrackpore RTO (WB-24P) and would need to pay the life time tax again in Pune on the new two wheeler, which i had just paid( Rs 6500) while making the purchase of the Vehicle. Its insane that when ever I change states i have to shell out somewhere around 6500 INR for the same. Its not possible to come back from pune to West Bengal to claim my pro-rated life time tax which I heard the procedure was quite hectic.. Any Suggestions!! I have a suggestion to have the West Bengal RTO transfer the amount to Maharastra RTO and we good to go!!! Why so many hassles?? Who will fix this-A politican for Elections a Govt official who!!! This is a practical problem which does not have any solution. Presently, the owner of vehicle suffers due to problems of RTO bad rules.

Worst is there does not seem to be a quick solution to this problem. Nobody cares for ordinary citizens.
