Rto — Motorcycles moving in a narrow lane

There is a small by lane or Gully as they call it passing from CGS colony sector 3 near hanuman mandir & approaching towards Gandhi market.This lane is very narrow & also there are shops on either side of the lane.There is barely any place to walk on foot paths as the same have become part of the shops owned now. There are bikers who ride very rashly and there is constant honking creating chaos every time. For the citizens who are walking it is rather inconvenient as the shops cannot be moved or the road cannot be widened so my suggestion is to but sum walk through rods which allow only citizens to walk through but doesn't allow the bikes to pass through.As bikes are supposed to be ridden on main roads and not in such narrow lanes.

It would be highly appreciated if you could kindly consider the points mentioned above & take some sort of action to restore some order and peace amidst such chaos.
